Kildare Punter Scoops Over €5000 With For Four Winners In One Afternoon

It was only last month that we celebrated opening our 250th shop in County Kildare, but now one of the natives has hit us where it hurts with a savvy Racing bet on Tuesday afternoon.

The customer, who wishes to remain anonymous, placed a €1 each-way Lucky 15 bet in a BoyleSports shop in the county on four horses from the 7-race card at Chepstow.

The bet was almost scuppered at the first hurdle but 10/1 Shadow’s Girl edged out an 11/4 favourite by a nose in the 1.10, before Potters Approach (16/1) made it two in a row by the more comfortable margin of three lengths in the 1.45.

It was left to two favourites to deliver the final blows and they didn’t disappoint, with 7/2f Gaelic Flow claiming the 4.00 and Eason (7/4f) delivering in the final race at 4.30.

With all four horses winning, BoyleSports’ 10% bonus kicked in, sending a cool total of €5,038.93 into the pocket of the lucky customer.
