Monaghan Punter Wins Over €5500 From €0.10c Permed Placepot

One customer from Monaghan had plenty of reasons to be happy on Monday evening after their €0.10 permed placepot on eight different lines landed to win a lovely sum of cash amounting to €5,648.00 from a stake of €0.80.

The punter called into their local BoyleSports shop on Monday afternoon and selected Moreece in the 14.15 race at Worcester who placed at 8/1. Next up was the 14.45 race with two selections coming in with Asockastar winning at 12/1 and the favourite Al Shahir finishing second at 11/8.

Half an hour later Artic Valley ran out a comfortable seven length winner at 8/1 and it was Pink Eyed Pedro who obliged when landing the 3.45 race at 3/1. Another two selections were added to the 16.15 race with the favourite Bannixtown Glory winning at 6/4 and Sitron taking third spot to land the place selection on the bet at 8/1.

Down to the second last race at Worcester with two horses selected and it was Hallings Comet who won at 7/2 with Haafapiece grabbing second spot at 13/8.

With all sections in the permed placepot coming in for the punter a total amount of €5,648.00 was won for the Monaghan native from a tiny stake of €0.80.

What a fantastic way to transform some loose change of €0.80 into a whopping €5,648.00 in the space of a few hours.
