Seeley’s Selections – Champions League Tuesday

Chelsea v Maribor

Outright Betting

The MANCHESTER CITY and CHELSEA double on Tuesday night’s Champions League matches will be a very popular one with Boylesports punters at a little bigger than 4/5.

CSKA Moscow v Man City, 5pm, Sky Sports 5

City start the Champions League action off with a 5pm kick-off in a freezing cold Moscow and Manuel Pellegrini’s European misfits are 4/7 to get three points in a must win match with Boylesports.

The Premier League champions haven’t really got Champions League football, have they? After three years of trying they’ve only made the knock-out stage once in that period.

They have to got to get a win here or they will be heading for the departure gate in Europe at the group stages yet again.

City, haven’t won in Europe this season after an opening match defeat in Munich to Bayern and last time out they were held to a 1-1 draw with by an impressive Roma at the Ethiad.

The home side are 11/2 with Boylesports to win here but UEFA have ordered them to play their next three home games behind closed doors after racist chants from their fans and that has ended any hope of an upset.

The goals have started to fly for City with 18 in their last five matches and especially for Sergio Aguero.

The Argentinian grabbed all four in the 4-1 win at Tottenham on Saturday and at 3/1 he looks a great bet to open the goalscoring.

Aguero, scored inside 20 minutes against Tottenham to land “Double Bubble” as advised in this column and in what I expect to be a very one-sided match up there is no reason why he can’t land the bonus yet again.

CSKA have been outplayed in their two Champions League group matches so far this campaign and City to win to Nil look the best bet here at 31/20.

Instead of the win double I like the 10/3 on both English clubs to win to nil double.

Seeley’s Selections:
Aguero First Goalscorer @ 3/1
Man City & Chelsea To Win To Nil Double @ 10/3

Chelsea v Maribor, 7.45pm, ITV

Chelsea are just 2/13 to win at home win with Boylesports in what looks on paper as one of the seasons biggest mismatches in the Champions League against NK Maribor.

But to win to nil at 7/10 with Boylesports… Yes please. The Blues at home, usual means one thing a home win.

The men from the King’s road have won five out of their six home games so far this season and are looking mighty impressive in all competitions.

Maribor are priced at 22/1 with Boylesports to produce the biggest win in their history, but I don’t even think the Slovenian’s themselves will believe they can leave the Bridge with a win.

Mourinho will want all his troops to come through unscathed in this one with a massive clash with Manchester United at Old Trafford at the weekend.

I think this will be a very comfortable and professional performance by Chelsea but not by a silly margin. 1-0 and 2-0 make some appeal at 15/2 and 5/1 respectively.

Diego Costa will be missing from the Chelsea team again tomorrow, but French international Loic Remy is a superb replacement and at 5/2 to open the scoring with Boylesports that looks a worthy wager.

REMEMBER the “Double Bubble” bonus if you bet on the first goalscorer market and your man player scores first and inside the first 20 minutes Boylesports will double the odds.

Seeley’s Selections
Chelsea to win to Nil @ 7/10
Chelsea 1-0 @ 15/2
Chelsea 2-0 @ 5/1
Remy First Goalscorer @ 5/2
