Seeley’s Selections – Saturday’s Live Games

You don’t have to wait long for the biggest game of the Premier League match-up this weekend it’s Saturday’s early kick-off between Liverpool and Chelsea at Anfield.

What team will Brendan Rodger’s go with is the big question when betting on this: will he stick with the first team or bring back the reserves Steven Gerrard and Mario Balotelli?

Liverpool are available at 12/5 to win this with Boylesports and that has been very popular with punters but I can’t have them at that price to inflict the first defeat on Chelsea this season.

The Reds have only won three times in their last 11 games and every one of those wins came with a 90th minute winner, they are simply not the side they were last season and the Boylesports odds compilers haven’t reacted quick enough to the price of them yet.

Chelsea, travel here as the 5/4 favourites with Boylesports and there is a lot to like about that price.
Chelsea have already been to Manchester City and Manchester United this season and have come back with a point and thats the best Liverpool could hope for in this one at 5/2. If the Blues’ avoid defeat here, which I think they will.

They only really have one tough road trip left at Arsenal (who they always beat) and at Stamford Bridge they never lose so I would rally fancy them to go the whole season unbeaten.

Chelsea’s recent record against the Reds’ is good as well, they are unbeaten in their last four meetings including their famous victory last season which cost Liverpool the title.

Both Teams have scored in five of the last six Chelsea games and both teams have scored in five of the last six meetings between the two

so the 8/11 on the BTTS with Boylesports is well worth taking.

Diego Costa is expected to lead the line for Chelsea and although it’s not original the 4/1 on the Spanish international to open the scoring is the best wager in that market.

Remember if the Chelsea ace nets inside the first 20 minutes Boylesports will give you “Double Bubble” so double the odds on your winning goalscorer selection if that player scores inside that magical 20 minute mark.

Seeley’s Selections:
Chelsea To Win @ 5/4
Both Teams To Score @ 10/11
Diego Costa To Score 1st @ 4/1

QPR v Man City

IF you think you’ve had a bad week, don’t worry you could be Manuel Pellegrini!!
The Man City boss has had a nightmare after his side were humiliated at home in the Champions League against CSKA Moscow in midweek.

All doesn’t look well in the blue half of Manchester and the Chilean looks a dead man walking at the Etihad.
So a trip to West London to face strugglers QPR might be the perfect opponent? Think again.

Firstly the odds… How can anybody be contemplating having a wager on the Champions at odds of 4/9 with Boylesports, no away team are that price in this division.

Secondly, they are in shocking form last weeks 1-0 win against Manchester United was their only win in their last five matches including a 2-1 defeat when at a similar price in their last away visit in the Premier League at West Ham.

At 13/2 on QPR with Boylesports that has got me tempted, but I couldn’t get involved in them either for a serious wagers as they concede far too many goals to win any game.

Harry Redknapp’s men have conceded at least two goals in six of their last seven games and with a wounded City side coming to down I can see that run continuing.

I do fancy a lot of goals in all the live Premier League games and especially in this one and I do like Both Teams To Score in what I believe will be cracker of a match at 3/4 with Boylesports.

Sergio Aguero doesn’t have a great goalscoring record against QPR and he’s the 11/4 favourite with Boylesports to open the scoring but his striker partner Edin Dzeko does with three goals in his four matches at Loftus Road.

The giant Bosnian is 7/2 with Boylesports to open the scoring on Saturday evening: that looks fair value and with a little bit of double bubble thrown in I like that a lot.

Seeley’s Selections:
Both Teams To Score @ 3/4
Edin Dzeko To Score 1st @ 7/2
