Seeley’s Selections – West Brom v Man Utd

West Brom v Man Utd

Outright Betting

ANOTHER good weekend for followers of this column with big winnings to spend from Saturday’s Manchester City v Tottenham match.

Both teams to score landed at 3/4 as well as BTTS and a City win at 19/1 a 4-1 win to the home side advised at 18/1 and Sergio Aguero to net the opener, which was made even sweeter when the Argentinian scored inside the first 20 minutes to land double the first goalscorer odds of 6/1.

Happy Days….

Now with a few quid in our sky rockets we turn our attention to tonight’s big match between West Brom and Manchester United at the Hawthorns.

The visitors are the 7/10 favourites with Boylesports to win this one and that does like on the short side in my opinion, but they do boast an excellent record in this fixture with nine wins and just one defeat from the last 12.

Louis Van Gaal’s side have surprisingly crept up to fifth in the Premier League table, but all their form is at home; away from Old Trafford they are yet to win this season and the home side have got to be respected in this one at 17/4 even though Boylesports odds compilers don’t.

Alan Irvine’s team are playing well and with three wins from their last four matches and just one defeat at home this season they will be a very tough nut to crack tonight.

I can’t bring myself to back them at Boylesports’ very attractive offer but I’m certainly getting involved in the 6/5 on them in the WBA-draw ‘double chance” market.

You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to know that goals look on the agenda in this one.

Historically goals have always been scored in this fixture with 59 in their last 15 meetings; the two famously played out a 5-5 thriller in Sir Alex Ferguson’s last game in charge and that scoreline is 400/1 to happen again with Boylesports – don’t laugh the way United are defending it could.
WBA have banged in four goals in their last four matches and United have scored 11 in that same period;

they’ve only kept clean sheets against Burnley and QPR so both teams to score is banker material at 3/4.

Over 2.5 goals in the game is a bet at 3/4 again as is over 3.5 goals at a much more attractive 15/8 all with Boylesports.

We landed the “Double Bubble” on Saturday at the Ethiad with Sergio Aguero and there are a couple of first goalscorers I like in this one.

I like the chances of West Brom’s inform Saido Berhaino at 8/1 with Boylesports and I’m all over the 7/2 on Falcao.

Berahino is a great talent and his pace will cause this leaky United defence big problems tonight and now that Falcao has scored his first United goal I can see a lot , lot more coming for the Colombian.

REMEMBER if this two or any player scores the first goal tonight inside the first 20 minutes Boylesports will double the winners odds.

Seeley’s Selections
BTTS @ 3/4
Over 2.5 goals @ 3/4
Over 3.5 goals @ 15/8
Berahino First goals @ 8/1

B Lucky.
