Kilkenny Shorten To Win Back Liam McCarthy

All-Ireland SHC

Outright Betting

Following their 3-19 to 1-17 victory over Galway in the Leinster Semi-Final replay on Saturday evening, Kilkenny are now 13/8 from 9/4 to win a record 35th All-Ireland Hurling title.

Cork, who will face Limerick in the Munster final, are next in the betting at 3/1 whilst last year’s champions, Clare, are 11/2 to retain the Liam McCarthy trophy.

Following their eight point defeat to Kilkenny, Galway have been eased out to 14/1 from 10/1 as they will now face Tipperary (9/1) in the qualifiers on July 5th.
We initially cut Kilkenny into 15/8 from 9/4 following their victory over Galway and it didn’t last long. Punters quickly snapped up the 15/8 available and our traders have had to cut the Cats into 13/8 to win back the Liam McCarthy trophy.

Cork are Kilkenny’s nearest rivals in the All-Ireland Hurling outright betting at 3/1 whilst Clare, who will have to progress through the qualifiers, are priced at 11/2 to retain the Liam McCarthy trophy.
