Tiger Woods Shortens For Comeback Win

Tiger Woods has been backed into 20/1 from 25/1 to win the Farmers Insurance Open ahead of his return to PGA Tour action this week.

The 14-time major winner returned to the fairways with a Top 10 finish in the Hero World Challenge before Christmas, but next week’s event marks his first official PGA Tour appearance since missing the cut in the same event last season.

Woods is a 6/4 shot to miss the cut again, but more optimistic punters have backed him in from 5/1 to 4/1 for a Top 5 finish.

Four rounds of level par or better around one of his favourite tracks is available at 11/2.

Woods is currently 6/1 to add a 15th major to his roll of honour this season and 22/1 to win the US Masters, having been an 80/1 shot before his Bahamas reappearance in December.
