Bets Refunded On Injured Derby Fav Clares Rocket

Following the confirmation that Clares Rocket, who was the firm favourite, has been ruled out of the BoyleSports Irish Greyhound Derby, we’re giving money back as a free bet on all bets placed on the Graham Holland trained dog as a goodwill gesture.

This applies to all bets which were placed from Monday the 8th August.

English Derby runner-up, Droopys Roddick, takes hold at the head of the betting as a result of Clares Rocket’s withdrawal and is now the 5/1 favourite.

Returning champion Ballymac Matt is next at 10/1 to retain the title with Laughil Duke also on offer at 10/1.

English Derby winner, Jaytee Jet, joins Graham Holland’s Ballydoyle Honey at 12/1 to land the title.

Sponsor, John Boyle’s charges include BoyleSports Duke who is on offer at 40/1 and BoyleSports Jet who can be backed at 50/1.

BoyleSports’ generous ‘Knockout Moneyback’ offer on the lucrative competition sees money back as a free bet if your antepost outright selection is knocked out in the first or second round has already seen plenty of refunds for punters in the first round.
