Cunning Cork Punter Wins €9,518 From €2 Stake

It was a great day at Leicester and Sandown for this particular punter with their astute accumulator raking in over €9,000.

The bet was placed in one of BoyleSports’ Cork shops and consisted of a total stake of just €2. The six horse accumulator consisted of Galesburg at 5/1, Commanche at 7/2 and Ainslie at 3/1 all of which won their respective races at Leicester.

At Sandown, the selections were Decorated Knight at 5/4, Sahara at 2/1 and Wind Place And Sho at 11/2, who won the final race of the day.

Everything hung on Ainslie winning the 8.50 at Leicester and when the David Simcock trained runner crossed the finish line first, the accumulator clicked resulting in a total return of €9,518.98.
