Delegate Will Grow To Be A Fine Chaser

Gordon is away on holidays to Barbados so I’ve been left in charge at home!

Busy Summer
It’s only a matter of keeping things ticking over – everyone knows their job around the yard.

We are busy at the moment – it’s the biggest team we’ve ever had for the summer months – it keeps us busy but most importantly it means the winners keep flowing.

Recent Winners
We’ve had some nice winners in recent days.

Delegate always promised but had not delivered until yesterday – he was good last night at Roscommon and should make up into a fine chaser.

We had a nice bumper winner on Saturday evening called Takeittothelimits. She had been working well at home but all the talk was about Joseph O’Brien’s newcomer Aeglos beforehand. She’ll go for a winners bumper in the UK next with her main aim the Listed Mares Bumper at Navan in November.

Eshtiaal disappointed us in the Ascot Stakes but we knew our fate beforehand – he needs to hear his hooves rattle and the ground had just deteriorated on him. He’ll continue over the summer months and should pick up a nice prize.

Week Ahead
We’ve a busy few days ahead – we’ll send a large team to Down Royal on Friday. Clarcam is likely to run in the conditions hurdle – his main aim is the Galway Plate so we’ll protect his chase mark until then.
