Irish Cavalier Worst Result For BoyleSports

David Pipe will be hoping that either of his two runners can land the valuable PP Gold Cup at Cheltenham on Saturday.

Kings Palace, who will be ridden by Tom Scudamore, remains the 7/1 favourite to win while Pipe’s other runner, Monetaire, who will be partnered by Conor O’Farrell, is priced at 10/1.

Last year’s runner-up and 2013 winner Johns Spirit is priced at 12/1 to land the valuable pot once again whilst Present View, who finished third in the race last year, is priced at 16/1.

Paul Townend once again makes the trip across the water to team up with Rebecca Curtis and he will ride Irish Cavalier who is priced at 10/1 to follow up his Newton Abbot win.

Irish Cavalier is currently the worst result for the firm

The only Irish raider in the field, Shanpallas, is currently priced at 20/1 to bring the prize money back home for owner JP McManus and trainer Charles Byrnes.
