Lady Tiana Backed To Be The Queen Of Lancashire

Eleven runners will take their chance in Saturday’s Lancashire Oaks at Haydock, and it’s currently Miss Marjurie who heads the betting at 9/2 for trainer Denis Coakley.

Hot on her heels at 5/1 are both Jordan Princess and the William Haggas trained Arabian Comet. It’s then 6/1 Queen Of Ice and Lady Tiana, who was as big as 8/1 earlier in the week.

Two Irish raiders take their chance and they are headed by the Pat Fahy trained Ballybacka Queen at 8/1. Tony Martin saddles Dark Crusader who is on offer at 20/1.

Miss Marjurie will be bidding for a hat trick of wins this season on Saturday and she continues to prove popular at the head of the betting.

However, both Lady Tiana and Queen Of Ice have seen each way support in the past few days and are now both priced at 6/1.
