Virtual Luck For Cork Punter As €1 Lucky 15 Lands €24,299

One punter in Cork will be laughing all the way to the shops this weekend after landing a huge win on virtual horse racing on Wednesday evening.

The customer placed the €1 Lucky 15 wager in a local BoyleSports shop and selected four horses at SprintValley, Portman Park and Steepledowns in the hope that a mammoth amount of cash would be coming their way.

It only took less than an hour for the winners to roll in as Marianas won the 5.14 Sprint Valley at 25/1, Forthegrill obliged in the 5.41 Steepledowns at a huge 28/1 and Fast Breeder passed the virtual line first in the 6.12 SprintValley at 28/1 also.

The fourth selection, Ocampo, in the 5.57 Portman Park, failed to win but it didn’t matter as the three winners were enough to secure a profit for the Cork punter.

After the celebrations erupted, the customer was able to exchange their Lucky 15 betslip for a mouth-watering amount of €24,299, all from a stake of €15.
