Anthony Russell’s New X Factor Second Favourite After Odds Are Slashed

The X Factor has its finalists after a surprise triple eviction saw two acts booted during the semi-finals on Saturday night and one act sent packing during Sunday’s results show.

Dalton Harris goes into the final as the firm favourite to take the title as he served up two impressive performances. The Jamaican chose to sing ‘Feeling Good’ by Muse for his first song and ‘SOS’ for ABBA week. Both performances were met with thunderous applause and praise which resulted in his odds shortening further to 2/9 from 2/7 to win.

Anthony Russell’s odds have been slashed ahead of the final after a burst of fresh support came billowing in for the Liverpudlian. He battled through an illness which saw him on voice rest to give his renditions of ‘Livin on a Prayer’ and ‘Name Of The Game’. Punters got behind Anthony to win as we cut his odds all the way into 9/2 second favouritism from his relative outsider price of 9/1.

Scarlett Lee makes up the final three but it isn’t all good news for the Surrey makeup artist as she suffers a drift out to 9/1 from 8/1 to win.
