Odds Of A White Christmas Melt Away

Those hoping to wake up to a blanket of snow on Christmas Day might be saddened to hear that we have shortened the odds for no snow on December 25th.

Unfortunately it’s been an extremely mild start to December which doesn’t bode well for those hoping for a White Christmas.

It’s now 1/16 for no snow to fall in Ireland on Christmas Day, having shortened in from 1/12.

As a result, a White Christmas has now eased out to 7/1 from 11/2.

The bad news for snow lovers doesn’t stop there as Cork has been pushed out to 9/2 from 4/1 to have snow on Christmas Day while Dublin is now 7/1 from 11/2 to see snowfall.

Across the pond, Edinburgh remains 7/2 favourite to have a White Christmas with Glasgow, Manchester and London all priced at 4/1.
