The customer placed a miniscule €1 stake on the four numbers 2, 11, 13 and 21 to be drawn from the EuroMillions main draw on Friday evening. When all four numbers were drawn they defied odds of 33,000/1 and turned this Premier County local’s €1 into a staggering €33,001.

Had the profitable punter chosen to do their lucky numbers with the National Lottery they would have walked away with the much smaller sum of €69.
