Punters Follow The Hooligan In Backing McGregor

Former UFC star, Paddy ‘The Hooligan’ Holohan is backing Conor McGregor to defeat unbeaten boxer Floyd Mayweather in their highly anticipated fight in August.

Holohan has told the Irish Daily Star that he expects pal Conor McGregor to not only win the bout but knock out Mayweather and fans seem to agree.

There is certainly no sign of punters getting cold feet, as they have backed McGregor back into 9/2,

…having been eased out to 5/1 this time last week.

McGregor’s odds to win by KO, TKO, or Disqualification drifted out to 11/2 from 9/2 last week, but have started to shorten back in as he is now priced at 5/1. It is by far the most backed method of victory and should it come to fruition, BoyleSports will feel a notorious sting.
