BoyleSports & RTE 2FM Hosting Cheltenham Preview Night

As part of their two year sponsorship of RTÉ Racing, BoyleSports are teaming up with the ever popular 2fm sports show Game On, to broadcast a live Cheltenham Preview on Wednesday March 4th from Leopardstown Racecourse.

The live preview will be hosted by 2fm’s Hugh Cahill and the panel will consist of trainer Gordon Elliott, Cheltenham Gold Cup winning jockey, Davy Russell, RTÉ TV Pundit and trainer Ted Walsh as well as BoyleSports’ Leon Blanche on hand with all the betting odds.

The event will be hosted at Leopardstown Racecourse with listeners able to tune into 2fm’s Game On from 7pm to hear the big races previewed. After the programme finishes at 8pm the show will continue with all footage available online afterwards.
Each panel member will be given a €500 charity bet on the night to put on their Cheltenham Festival tip with all winnings going towards the Irish Injured Jockeys Fund.

All winnings will be going to the Irish Injured Jockeys Fund, a charity that BoyleSports work closely with on a regular basis.”

The Cheltenham preview with 2fm’s Game On is part of the two-year deal which sees BoyleSports feature prominently in all RTÉ racing coverage on television, radio and online. BoyleSports will also appear on RTÉ’s In-Vision split-screen television advertisements across all of RTÉ’s Irish racing coverage.

RTÉ and BoyleSports will develop innovative integrations between live television and mobile applications to support the ever-increasing number of sports fans who are watching racing while multi-tasking through their mobile devices.
