Carlow Punter Turns €2 Bet On 49’s Draw Into €10,202

A Carlow punter is ending their 2016 on a high and €10,202 better off after their numbers came up in the 49’s draw.

The punter placed a €1 accumulator and €1 booster accumulator, totalling a stake of just €2, on the four numbers 1, 9, 11 and 19 on Tuesday’s lunchtime 49’s draw.

The four numbers were drawn and saw the lucky punter bag €7,201 for their accumulator and €3,001 for their booster accumulator,

resulting in a total return of a remarkable €10,202.
