The Lucky 15, which had a total stake of €15, was placed on the cards at Newcastle and Ffos Las and consisted of four selections: Symbolic Star at 40/1 in the 6.30 at Newcastle and at Ffos Las they backed Kapricorne at 6/1 in the 3.20, Henllan Harri at 5/1 in the 4.20 and Jaunty Warrior at 50/1 in the 4.50.

Three of the four selections (Symbolic Star, Henllan Harri and Jaunty Warrior) won their respective races seeing the punter scoop the tasty sum of €15,287.
