Punters Turn Their Backs On Trump Family 2024 Bid

The chances of Donald Trump or his children launching a bid to retake the White House in 2024 have been abandoned by punters following violent protests in Washington DC this week.

Polling figures released last year suggested strong support among Republicans for both Donald Jr. and Ivanka Trump as potential White House candidates and the pair had received some early support when the 2024 Presidential betting was opened last month.

The early betting suggested confidence that one of the Trumps would almost certainly be back in the picture in 2024. This week’s scenes appear to have scuppered any possibility of that happening.

However, odds have now eased Donald Jr.’s chances out to 33/1 from 20/1, while the prospect of Ivanka Trump following in her father’s footsteps has been pushed all the way out to 50/1 from 25/1.

Calls are growing for the outgoing President to be removed from office before he makes way for Joe Biden on January 20th and his chances of making a return in 2024 are also on the slide at 9/1 from 4/1.
