A County Kerry native is thanking their lucky stars for taking a €5 punt on three Lotto numbers after they landed a tasty four-figure sum just in time for the Christmas shopping season.
The anonymous customer placed a €5 treble in one of our shops in the County on Tuesday and were left hoping for numbers 2, 7 and 13 all to come out in the main EuroMillions draw that evening.
Against odds of 1,500/1, all three numbers rolled out triggering the staggering payout.
They were able to return to the shop on Wednesday and swap their lucky docket for a total of €7,505.
