Mighty Mike Hot Favourite To Retain World Title in 2018
2018 PDC World Championship
Fresh from his 2017 PDC World Championship success at the Ally Pally on Monday, Michael van Gerwen has been installed as the warm 4/7 favourite to retain the crown in 2018.
Van Gerwen won in style with a bullseye finish which resulted in BoyleSports’ moneyback offer clicking and saw
money back as a free bet on Gary Anderson on selected markets as he lost to a bullseye finish.
2017 runner up and 2016 champion Gary Anderson is Van Gerwen’s main rival in the betting at 8/1 with beaten semi-finalist Peter Wright priced at 12/1.
16-time world champion, Phil Taylor is priced at 16/1 alongside 2011 and 2012 champion Adrian Lewis whilst 2007 winner Raymond van Barneveld can be backed at 25/1.
Mighty Mike is also the reigning Premier League Darts champion and it’s currently 5/4 that he retains the title in 2017 and wins the 2018 PDC World Championship.
