Jonny Clayton v Michael van Gerwen

“Looking ahead to Night Four in Exeter and kicking things off are Jonny Clayton and Michael van Gerwen. They played each other in Liverpool three weeks ago with the Ferret rallying from 4-1 down to beat MVG 6-4. On this occasion however I expect van Gerwen to extract some revenge over Clayton and move into the semi-finals.”

Michael Smith v Joe Cullen

“Awaiting Michael will be the winner of Michael Smith v Joe Cullen. Cullen has made a steady start, but Smith is yet to get some points on the board. I think that changes on Thursday night and I think the Bully Boy will get his first points and meet MVG in the semi-finals.”

Gerwyn Price v Peter Wright

“The main event of the night is Gerwyn Price against Peter Wright. These two had an epic encounter in the International Darts Open in Riesa last weekend. I don’t expect anything different here and I think Gezzy will just get by the Snakebite and go through to the semi-finals.”

James Wade v Gary Anderson

“The final match sees James Wade face Gary Anderson and I’m going for Wade here. He was impressive in the International Darts Open and I think he will get by the Flying Scotsman. I think it will be a close match however.

“From there I think Michael van Gerwen will beat Michael Smith and Gerwyn Price will beat James Wade and I think MVG will beat the Iceman in the final with 9/2 available with BoyleSports.
