Number-crunchers from BoyleSports have revealed the average date the winning couples from the previous seven seasons is on day 15 of the show.

The data has also suggested that winning couples from the last seven seasons have spent an average of 34 days together, meaning they’ve spent the majority of the show as a couple.

The islanders need to find their factor 50 and lay it on thick to have any chance of bringing home love and the cash as our research shows winning couples get together early in the show and spend around seven weeks together in the villa.

With the hit ITV show already entering the seventh day, this means that newcomer Jacques O’Neill and any other future newbies will have to make haste in their pursuit of any girls, with history suggesting those on the show for longer usually fare better.

Of the previous seven winners, Series four’s Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer lasted the longest. Pen salesman Jack coupled up with East-end babe Dani from the word go and lasted the full 59 days before going on to split the £50,000 prize.

Winners from series three, Romford hairdresser Kem Cetinay and Welsh stunner Amber Davies, along with the winners from series six, Fin Tapp and Paige Turley, got together on day six before stealing the nation’s hearts and being crowned winners.

Max Morley and Jessica Hayes were together the shortest time before being crowned king and queen of the first ever Love Island, getting together on day 33 before winning the show on the 41st and final day.
