Malta Backed In To Be Crowned First Time Eurovision Winners Following Gamble

We can report that there has been a significant rise in bets being placed on who the 2021 Eurovision winner will be, and Malta are the latest country being supported.

Malta have participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 32 times since its debut in 1971 and is yet to win the contest. However, that could all change following the latest betting trends as Malta has crumbled into 7/2 from 14/1 to become this year’s champions after their entry was revealed.

Destiny will perform Je Me Casse in the second half of the first semi-final on May 18th and fans of the singing contest are starting to get behind them.

This support means that Malta are now the joint favourites to be crowned the 2021 winners

..and they share their spot at the top of the betting with Switzerland.

The dual winners of the contest were attracting all the support last week to win this year’s event following significant bets placed on them following the release of their entry Tout l’Univers by Gjon’s Tears. Their odds were backed into 5/2 from 12/1 but following the support for Malta, they have been pushed out to 7/2 joint favourites.
