Fab Price For Return Of The Assist King

With the Premier League just under four weeks away, we’ve priced up a market on which player will provide the most assists in the 2014/15 season.

Liverpool’s Steven Gerrard had the most assists last season registering 13 and he is priced at 40/1 to retain the crown whilst Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil who assisted nine goals last season is currently the joint 14/1 favourite alongside Chelsea’s Cesc Fabregas.

Former Arsenal man, Fabregas, finished second in the 2009/10 assist table and third in the 2010/11 season.

The assists market has proven a popular bet with football punters in the past two seasons with Mesut Ozil always a popular selection.

Manchester City’s David Silva assisted nine goals in the 2013/14 season and can be backed at 16/1 to register the most assists in the 2014/15 season whilst Manchester United’s Juan Mata is currently priced at 18/1.

Former Southampton player, Adam Lallana, who recently signed for Liverpool, is priced at 20/1 alongside Christian Eriksen and Arsenal’s Santi Cazorla.
