And Smicer “can’t imagine” fellow attacker Mane not staying either.
“Luis Diaz’s arrival has been great for Jurgen Klopp as he’s got other possibilities,” said the Czech, speaking exclusively to BoyleSports.
“He’s got another choice about how he plays his team but Sadio Mane, in my eyes, has been Liverpool’s best player this season.

“He played the Africa Cup of Nations and won it, played so many games with Liverpool and he’s still such a physical presence and scoring important goals.
“I can’t imagine next season without Mane or Salah. I hope both stay and if they do they can win trophies.
“At Liverpool, you have a fantastic manager, stadium and fans so I hope the best players stay.”

“I think he (Mbappe) is one of the best players in the world at the moment and maybe top three in the world.”
