Seeley’s Selections – Sunday’s Live Games

On paper the two Sky Sunday live TV matches look a couple of drab ones compared to recent weeks but when you look closely into the games there is a lot to be excited about especially if you want to see goals.

West Brom v Newcastle
In the 1.30pm kick-off two of in-form teams in the Premier League take centre-stage when West Brom entertain Newcastle at the Hawthornes.

Both sides were amongst Boylesports favourites for relegation just a few weeks ago and now they both harbour hopes of making the Europa League, such is the topsy turvy nature of this division.

Alan Irvines side have only lost just the once in their last eight games and their home form is rock solid with two wins and two draws from their last four games.

They are the third top home scorers in the division and at 13/10 with Boylesports to win here they will be a verypopular bet.

I’m not totally convinced just yet to risk my money on them, but one thing I do like is goals in the match.
The Baggies have managed 11 goals in those four home matches and at 8/11 with Boylesports for Both Teams To Score on Sunday afternoon thats my best advice for a wager.

BTTS has been a yes in four of the last five West Brom games and this fixture has seen a BTTS yes in eight of the last 10 fixtures.

Newcastle fans can’t quite get their heads around the recent turnaround at St James’ Park after four straight wins a run which has seen them fly up the table to 12th place.

A confident “Toon Army” will be steaming into Boylesports 23/10 for their team here, but again I’m not yet fully convinced.

I like the draw in this one at Boylesports offer of 5/2, I can see both sets of supporters happy to keep their good form going and take a point right now if offered..

My idea of a scoreline would be the old “desmond” 2-2 at a whopping 12/1 and for a first goalscorer England new boy Saido Berahino will be keen to impress and would be the most likely to open the scoring at 9/2.

Remember you will get an enchanced 9/1 on Berahino with Boylesports “Double Bubble” offer where they will double the odds on any winning first goalscorer if your player scores inside the first 20 minutes.

Seeley’s Selections:
BTTS @ 3/4
Draw @ 5/2
Correct Score 2-2 @ 12/1

Swansea v Arsenal
ARSENAL travel to Wales on Sunday lunch-time desperate for a win to ease the pain of the Champions League capitulation against Anderlecht last time out.

Defeat in this one and I think Wenger could really be under some serious pressure, but every time the Frenchman has had is back up against the wall previously he’s always got a reaction from his team and at 23/20 to win here will Boylesports I can see the “Wenger Boys” putting in another shift for the gaffer.

In every Arsenal win in South Wales all their goals have been scored in the second half

and there is no more patient team in the Premier League when it comes to winning football matches than the Gunners.

Last week they beat Burnley 3-0 but all the goals came again in the second half and the 17/4 with Boylesports on them to be drawing at half-time and then to wear their opponents down with a win in the second half is my idea of a the best wager in this one.

The Swans have been sinking recently with only one win from their last six fixtures and even the most patriotic of Welsh supporters would be tempted by them at 13/5 with Boylesports.

One thing I do expect again though is the home team to score.

The last five meetings between these two four have seen both teams scoring and at 7/10 with Boylesports I like that a lot.

The Gunners’ have only kept two shut-outs in their last nine matches against the mighty Burnley and Sunderland and up against an in-from Wilfried Bony I can see him running Monreal and Per Mertescaker ragged.
I do however think the North Londoners have enough going forward to score more than their opponents and the 15/1 with Boylesports on them to win this 3-1 would be my idea of a correct-score.

If you are after a goalscorer the only player who looks like scoring for Arsenal at the moment is Chilean international Alexis Sanchez who is on fire scoring the first goal in four of his last six matches.

At 7/2 with Boylesports to open the scoring the red-hot Chilean will be too good for this leaky Swansea defence and if he nets inside the first 20 minutes you will get and enhanced 7/1 thanks to Boylesports “Double Bubble” offer that will double the odds of any winning first goalscorer if he scores and early opener.

Seeley’s Selections:
BTTS @ 7/10
Correct Score 1-3 @ 15/1
Alexis To Score First @ 7/2
