Corofin Hot Favs To Retain Title

Reigning All-Ireland Club SFC champions, Corofin head the betting at 5/2 to retain the Andy Merrigan Cup.

The Galway side’s nearest rivals in the betting are current Leinster champions and 2013/14 All-Ireland Club SFC champions, St Vincents, who are priced at 7/2 to win a fourth title on St. Patrick’s Day next year.

Crossmaglen Rangers, who last lifted the trophy back in the 2011/12 season, are priced at 7/1 to secure a seventh All-Ireland title. Portlaoise last won the title back in the 1982/83 season and the Laois side are currently priced at 14/1 with St Oliver Plunketts also priced at 14/1.

Newly crowned Westmeath champions, St Lomans, are on offer at 20/1. Cork’s Nemo Rangers hold the record for the most All-Ireland Club titles and are currently priced at 25/1 whilst Slaughtneil, who were beaten by Corofin in this year’s final, can be backed at 16/1 to go one better.
