BoyleSports Throw Weight Behind Safer Gambling Week

BoyleSports have backed an initiative to promote awareness of safer gambling in Ireland and the United Kingdom as the industry prepares to launch Safer Gambling Week.

The cross-industry week of promotion runs from Thursday 19th-25th November

inclusive and Ireland’s largest retail bookmaker have given their full backing to the initiative, which will be supported by sustained campaigns on both online platforms and retail.

BoyleSports will be publishing details across social media channels offering customers advice on safer gambling, including how to gamble responsibly, promoting tools that are available to help people gamble safely and where to find more advice and support.

Their network of retail outlets will also be supporting the campaign by promoting safer gambling messages on in-store screens, distributing information leaflets and displaying posters in the windows of all shops in Northern Ireland. Customers will be provided with safety tips and warning signs and informed of channels to help them stay in control or cease gambling completely if they prefer.
