Betting Suspended On Irish NH Trainers’ Championship

We’ve been forced to suspend betting, pending some breaking news on the 2016/17 Irish NH Trainers’ Championship, after being bombarded with bets for Willie Mullins to retain the crown on Tuesday.

Mullins was initially available at 8/15 on Tuesday morning, but following support was cut into 1/3.

The support didn’t dry up at 1/3 seeing further bets laid at 2/7 and 1/5 resulting in our traders having no option but to suspend the market.

Despite Mullins losing 60 Gigginstown House Stud horses, punters piled into Willie Mullins on Tuesday resulting in his price collapsing from 8/15 into 1/5 in just under two hours.

It is now likely that breaking news is going to emerge in the Irish horse racing industry sooner rather than later.
