Dublin Already Odds-On For Six-In-A-Row In 2020

Dublin Footballers All-Ireland Specials

Dublin’s footballers are being backed to make more history next year before a ball has even been kicked in this year’s All-Ireland Final as they bid to make it in five titles on the trot.

Jim Gavin’s men overturned a 2-point half-time deficit to sweep Mayo aside to book their spot in next month’s All-Ireland decider, where Kerry are charged with thwarting Dublin’s drive towards legendary status following their 1-18 to 0-18 victory over Tyrone.

The Dubs, who are hot odds-on shots at 1/6 to be crowned this year’s All-Ireland champions with Kerry at 7/2,

are already seeing money at an odds-on 4/7 to make it six-in-a-row next season, while a magnificent seven in 2021 is just 13/8.

Con O’Callaghan’s early second half double dashed any hopes of a Mayo upset on Sunday and the Cuala man is 5/1 to repeat his scoring prowess with two or more goals when he takes to the field against Kerry on September 1st.

Diarmuid Connolly, whose recent appearance against Tyrone was his first Championship start since the 2017 Final, is 10/1 to be handed a start at Croke Park after appearing as substitute in the latter stages against Mayo.
