Samcro Firm Favourite For Cheltenham

Samcro secured odds on favouritism for Cheltenham after landing his first Grade One victory in the Deloitte Novice Hurdle at Leopardstown on Sunday.

The Gordon Elliot trained 6-year-old, who went off as the 4/6 favourite..

..is now the 4/5 favourite from 7/4 for Ballymore Novices’ Hurdle following his five and a half length win.

Samcro has also been cut for the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle and is now 4/1 from 6/1, whilst Getabird leads the charge at 2/1.
