The Limerick winner justified favouritism last time out to beat Elusive Approach and Eddystone Rock. The runner-up has finished second again and the third horse has won twice for Johnny Murtagh, including an impressive victory at Navan on Saturday.

The form looks solid enough for this grade and Unyielding didn’t have his handicap mark altered after that Limerick win but due to the exploits of Eddystone Rock if the handicapper could make a little adjustment this morning you’d imagine Unyielding might be in receipt of a couple of pounds.
Bishan Bedi is well in on his all-weather mark and Golden Raven did well last Autumn, while Duchess Andorra has been keeping better company…

but Unyielding looks a nice prospect at 3/1.
