Kerry And Dublin Go Head-To-Head In Race For Sam

All-Ireland SFC 2015

Outright Betting

Kerry and Dublin odds have changed dramatically in the wake of their respective quarter-final victories with the Kingdom being slashed whilst the Dubs have drifted.

Both progressed to the semi-finals of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship after winning their respective quarter finals in Croke Park.

Reigning champions Kerry demolished Kildare 7-16 to 0-10 and were quickly cut into 5/4 from 11/4 after their spectacular display.

Dublin won their quarter final match with Fermanagh with relative ease, too, despite Fermanagh managing two goals to narrow their victory to 2-23 to 2-15.

The long running favourites have suffered a drift as they head into the semi-final stages and have been pushed out from 10/11 to 5/4.

Mayo remain in contention for the Sam Maguire and are on offer at 15/2 with Donegal next in the betting at 14/1.

Monaghan are priced at 20/1 and Tyrone lay bottom of the betting at 25/1.

Kerry have been in Dublin’s shadow in the betting all season, but after their quite incredible win over Kildare it looks like Sam could be staying put if the odds shortening is anything to go by.

Dublin have been leading the betting throughout the championship and have drifted in the crucial stages after some dodgy defensive displays. It could be sign that things are about to unravel for the blues.
