8 Piece Boy Band New Contenders For X Factor Title

X Factor

Outright Betting

The X Factor judges have whittled down hundreds of hopefuls to just twenty-four in very dramatic style.

Bootcamp’s six chair challenge was the most explosive yet with shock swaps and exits. Leading the way in the betting is Jay James who has been a long running favourite and at 7/2, could see Simon win with the Overs category.

Ben Haenow is another strong contender at 6/1 as the rest find themselves further down the betting. Lizzy Pattinson nearly lost her seat to Helen Fulthorpe but ultimately it was Janet Grogan who lost out and both are priced at 25/1.

Also on offer at 25/1 is Fleur East with this year’s novelty act Stevie Richie a generous 66/1.

The 8 Piece Boy Band may have only been together a matter of hours before their performance but are an impressive 5/1 to win.

Only The Young are next at 10/1 but the rest of the groups are not doing so well. New Girl Group are 25/1, Blonde Electric are 28/1 with Concept 33/1 and The Brooks 66/1.

Mel B was not messing around when choosing her final six Boys. Paul Akister is the strongest in the category at 9/2 but Andrea Faustini also wowed the audience and his tremendous reception saw him cut into 6/1 from 10/1.

Jake Quickenden deservedly got his seat and is 12/1 with Jack Walton right behind him at 16/1 and Jordan Morris lower down at 40/1. One face we hadn’t seen before was Danny Dearden who went into the betting at 50/1.

The Girls are holding their own in the betting with both Lola Saunders and Kerrianne Covell on offer at 6/1 to give Chezza another victory. Two standout ladies from bootcamp were Lauren Platt and Emily Middlemas who are 7/1 and 10/1 respectively.

Chloe Jasmine caused a stir when she was brought back after losing her seat to Chloe O’Gorman and is 16/1 to win. Former Luminites front woman, Stephaine Nala, is on the move as she is now priced at 20/1 from 14/1.
