Betting Suggests Gendry Could Claim The Iron Throne

Game of Thrones is about to return to our screens for the eighth and final season and we have been forced to slash the odds on Gendry from 8/1 into 9/2 on becoming the ruler of Westeros when the show ends.

As the hit TV series returns, viewers will be treated to some epic battles as the living take on the dead in The Battle of Winterfell in what promises to be a spectacular final series.

Jon Snow is a drifter in the market from 4/1 out to 11/2 to rule Westeros at the show’s conclusion.

Bran Stark remains the favourite at 4/5 with the gambled Sansa Stark now available at 7/2 but was 12/1 over a week ago with the clever punters getting on early. Daenerys Targaryen is another drifter in the market with her odds pushed out to 7/1 from 5/1.
