Jake Wood has some competition for the Strictly Come Dancing glitterball trophy in the form of The Saturday’s Frankie Bridge.

Frankie has been cut into the joint 5/2 favourite alongside Jake following a passionate Paso Doble on Saturday night.

Pixie Lott also dazzeled with her Beauty and the Beast inspired Quickstep and is sitting comfortably at 7/2. The girls well and truly took over this weekend as Caroline Flack scored an impressive 42 for her rumba and is priced at 11/2 to win.

Thom Evans’ heart and soul when into his performance but he has drifted slightly from 12/1 to 14/1. Simon Webbe found himself in the Dance Off against Jennifer Gibney, who was eliminated, and is now 16/1 from 10/1 as a result. Mark Wright’s superman impression and Paso Doble fell flat, he is also on the move at 20/1 from 16/1.

Alison Hammond and Steve Backshall did a decent job with their performances and are both on offer at 33/1. Sunetra got great comments from the judges and scored 40 but at 50/1 will need to continue to wow if she wants to move up the betting. The celebs in trouble are Judy Murray and Scott Mills at 100/1 and Tim Wonnacott who is a longshot at 150/1 to win.

Frankie scored the first 10 of the series and after that Paso Doble it will not be her last. Punters have gotten behind the Saturday’s singer and she is not sharing the top spot with Jake Wood.

Caroline Flack is getting better each week and could be a dark horse at 11/2 she could be worth a punt because she may not be around for long at that price.
