Mike & Leanne Woo Punters As Love Island Odds Crash

Love Island has a new force to be reckoned with after former police officer Mike Boateng dumped Jess and copped off with his original love interest Leanne instead.

Viewers watched a sharp U-turn from the 24 year old, as glamorous twin Jess Gale was blown out and it was customer service adviser Leanne Amaning who got the call instead. Admitting he had butterflies for his former partner, Mike then flew up the betting as punters rushed to back a blossoming romance between the couple.

The pair had started the day as relative outsiders at 20/1 to hook up again and go on to win, but they have been gambled all the way into 6/1 and are now second favourites to walk off with the top prize.

Mike is now 7/4 from 5/2 to be the last man standing in the villa, but the couple they all have to beat remains Callum and Shaughna, who are 5/1 From 6/1 despite a bit of tension between the pair over Callum’s date with Eve.
