Newbie Emma Jones Is A Real Contender For BGT Title

David Walliams’ golden buzzer act was finally revealed as piano teacher Lorraine Bowen, who is a massive longshot to win at 250/1.

The main act of Saturday’s night audition show was opera singer Emma Jones, who captivated everyone with her vocals and is one to watch at 13/2 to win.

The Sakyi Five are a band of brothers that won the audience’s hearts with their secret weapon, youngest brother Emmanuel. After a shaky start the brothers made it through with four yeses and can be backed at 20/1. Kingdom Tenors are a 12 piece group that brought some eye candy and hair raising vocals, at 25/1 they may not do as well as last year’s winners Calabro.

Impressionist Danny Posthall had everyone in stitches and is on offer at 28/1 to win. Gracie Wickens-Smith shocked with her vocals and is priced at 33/1 with young 80s inspired dance troupe Groove Thing available at 50/1.

The rest of the acts that went through did not fare out as well in the betting. Blindfolded pianist Leo Bailey-Yang and bone crusher Bonetics are both 66/1, tapping grannies Cocooners and singer/dancer Luca Calo are 150/1 apiece, with brothers Stuart & Gareth Jones and drag cooking act The Fabulous Russella huge outsiders at 250/1.

Emma Jones is attracting the most attention from punters out of the newcomers to the betting. She went straight into the betting at 13/2, but should the support continue she could prove to be a real threat to favourite Calum Scott.

UDI are now the biggest liability for BoyleSports and are now 4/1 from 7/1 as the money continues to flood in for the dance group.
