Price Cut On Joe Wicks ‘The Body Coach’ To Scoop BBC SPOTY Award

Joe Wicks has shot up in the betting to scoop the 2020 Sports Personality of the Year award after a surge of support arrived for the ‘The Body Coach’ on Tuesday morning.

Wicks, who is donating the money raised from his online PE lessons to the NHS, was initially a 16/1 chance to win the award but those odds plummeted after punters got behind the fitness coach…

and he is now the 6/1 joint second favourite alongside footballer Jordan Henderson.

Boxer Tyson Fury is in line to be the fifth boxer awarded the coveted trophy with his odds hammered into 8/11 from Even money over the last month. Fury was as big as 20/1 but off the back of his victory over Deontay Wilder in Las Vegas, those odds have tumbled.

Captain Tom Moore, who recently celebrated his 100th birthday, was slashed into 14/1 from 150/1 last month. The war veteran has gathered plenty of fans and support after he raised money for the NHS by performing laps of his garden.
