Rebel Punter Beats 40,000/1 Odds With €0.50 Lotto Bet

A Lotto punter is County Cork is thanking their lucky stars this weekend after incredibly smashing odds of 40,000/1 with a simple €0.50 bet.

The customer, who wishes to remain anonymous, placed the tiny bet at mega odds in a BoyleSports shop in the county on Saturday and needed all five of their selections to land in the Lotto Plus 2 draw on Saturday evening.
