Strong Support For Shauna To Go All The Way

Voice Of Ireland

Outright Betting

The teams are filling up on the Voice Of Ireland after the sixth round of blind auditions and it is the ladies who had their pick of the lot on Sunday.

Rachel cleaned up adding three more acts to her team and fighting some of the other coaches off in the process. Caoin Fitz returned to the show having been put out in the battle rounds last year by then coach, Bressie. Kian desperately wanted him on his side but Rachel prevailed. Caoin looks like he will go further this time around however and is currently 16/1 to win.

Cristin Nolan from Clare and Liverpudlian, Gemma Lomax, also joined team Rachel, at 20/1 and 25/1 respectively.

Shauna Nolan’s interesting mash up of ‘Love On Top’ and ‘I Want You Back’ had the coaches pining for her. After she joined team Una, Shauna went straight into the betting at 12/1 to win.

Kieran McKillop brought some 90’s boyband to the Voice Of Ireland stage that grabbed the attention of Una but at 33/1, he may need to step away from the Backstreet Boys.

Ken Murphy chose to go to Team Bressie, but after Rachel pushed his button for him, Bressie may not be too pleased especially when he hears he is 100/1. Bressie’s other steal of the night did however have him smiling; Catherine Hughes was back after having to leave the show last year to have her baby boy and is priced at 25/1 to go all the way.

Kian only has one spot left on his team after adding Kathleen Mahon and Ciara Monaghan to his bunch on Sunday. Ciara Monaghan was one of the 2FM’s wildcards and won over Kian with her rendition of Hozier’s From Eden; she can be backed at 33/1.

Longford Rose Kathleen Mahon also won over Kian and is priced at 20/1 to win.
