Year Off Sparks Different Directions For 1D

As One Direction fans come to terms with the news that the band will be taking a year off BoyleSports has created some specials to see what the boys may do with their free time.

The band has been rocked with rumours of a split ever since Zayn Malik left the group and it is 4/1 that there will be shattered hearts around the globe and an official announcement that they have separated by the end of 2016.

Louis Tomlinson has been linked to the vacancy on the X Factor panel from the get go. Punters have been backing Louis off the boards and he is now as short as 1/3 from even money to get the job. Niall Horan could join his fellow band mate on the panel at 3/1, with Harry Styles not completely out of the running at 11/2.

Any of the 1D lads to launch a solo career during their year off is almost guaranteed, much to fans delight no doubt, at 1/2.

Niall Horan has always expressed his love of golf and recently caddied for Rory McIlroy, however a career as a professional golfer is a longshot at 100/1. Harry Styles is the rocker of the group and has even performed with Ronnie Wood on the X Factor.

Harry is clearly a fan of the legendary rock band and is 100/1 to launch his own tribute band for the Rolling Stones. Should the tribute band not work out Harry can try his hand at acting and is 5/4 to appear in a major motion picture by the end of 2016.

The year off has sparked fears that the band could be set for a split and punters seem to believe that it is the beginning of the end for One Direction with strong support coming in for the band to announce their split by the end on 2016.

Louis Tomlinson is now a large liability for BoyleSports should he take on the role as X Factor judge with punters quick to back him into 1/3 from Evens following the news of One Directions year off.
