Donald Trump’s Punters’ Pick For US President

Larry Lessig has withdrawn from the presidential race, but was he ever really a threat to any of the other candidates?

The Harvard professor’s withdrawal has had little impact on the betting as he had a 200/1 shot to become the Democrat candidate.

Hilary Clinton is running away with the race for the face of the Democrats at 1/9, her position strengthened recently after Joe Biden decided against entering the race for the nomination. Only three other potential runners remain and they are Bernie Sanders 11/2, Martin O’Malley and Elizabeth Warren, who are both 80/1.

Not only is Hilary Clinton in prime position to be the Democratic candidate, but she is also the hot favourite to take over from current president Barack Obama at 5/6.

Marco Rubio has started to pull away after good results in the polls, shortening into 9/4 from 11/8 as the Republican candidacy over the last 2 weeks. Donald Trump continues to poll well and is a realistic threat having received further support from punters. Trump is posing a large threat to BoyleSports to be named as the Republic candidate, where he is currently priced at 7/2.

Marco Rubio heads the betting for Republican candidacy at 11/8 and continues to be Hilary Clinton’s biggest threat in the presidential campaign at 4/1, but again it is Donald Trump who punters believe will take over the seat in the White House at 9/1.

Donald Trump has been backed off the boards recently and poses a large four figure loss should he outrun his key rival Marco Rubio as the Republican candidate.

Not only are punters behind Trump for Republican candidacy but he is also the top pick to win the 2016 Presidential election.
