Odds Eased On A Yes Vote To Repeal The Eighth Amendment

Just last week BoyleSports reported on slicing the odds of the Eighth Amendment remaining unchanged from 9/4 into 6/4 following significant bets and on Easter Monday, Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker is now reporting another move in the betting.

The odds on a Vote to Change or Remove the 8th Amendment in the upcoming referendum on May 25th, have been eased out slightly to 8/15 from 1/2 as support begins to shift.

The total percentage for a No vote currently sees 45.0%-49.99% lead the charge at 2/1 whilst the percentage for a Yes vote sees Over 54.5% the shorter odds of 5/6.

The odds are suggesting the Eighth Amendment referendum will be extremely close as we begin to see movement in the betting

…in the lead up to voting day on May 25th.

A Yes vote to change or remove the Eight Amendment has been eased to 8/15 from 1/2 as a No vote to leave the Eight Amendment unchanged remains at 6/4, its shortest odds to date, after it was slashed in from 9/4 last week.
