Rebels Rise To Back Pat Fitz

Voice Of Ireland

Outright Betting

This morning, after last night’s third blind auditions of the Voice of Ireland, the betting has been in upheaval resulting in some massive price changes.

Patrick Donoghue is safe and remains untouched as the 11/2 favourite to win. Laura Enright and Sarah McTernan now have more company on their hands behind Patrick as Kayleigh Cullinan is also priced at 6/1.

Kayleigh was initially installed at 8/1 but it seems the Dubs are behind the young singer after a flood of bets boosted her into 6/1.

Pat Fitz joined Team Una after opening the show and went straight into the betting at 25/1. However, as the dust settled after the show, punters had their say and the Cork native’s price has been slashed into 8/1.

Kenneth Usher from Team Bressie opened as an impressive 12/1 shot to win and did see some early support, but as the money began to come in for the other contestants, Kenneth began his descent down the betting to 50/1. Limerick man, Stuart Bond, managed to get Kian to turn for him on Sunday night and looked like he had some potential to win at 20/1. Unfortunately for Stuart, there was an overhaul in the betting which resulted in him being now priced at 80/1.

Aoife Smith and Tara Gannon have both drifted out to 66/1 having been 20/1 and 25/1 respectively after their auditions. It is also bad news for 2fm wildcard Lanni Power as she is pushed out to 100/1 from 16/1 and for Team Kian’s Jo Petit who is now 100/1 from 33/1.
