Rose Of Tralee Favours The Brave As Donegal Rose Chloe’s Price Shortens

Donegal Rose Chloe Kennedy has received a series of bets to wear the winner’s sash at this year’s Rose of Tralee festival, which would be a first for the county.

The 20-year old from Donegal town has completed her first year of Psychology at Maynooth University, loves drawing and going to festivals and her price has now been trimmed into 25/1 from 33/1.

The Ulster lady entered the pageant in the hope to keep her mind focused on something new as the brave sociable Pilates lover has battled Hodgkin’s Lymphoma for the past year. It would be a remarkable achievement should the Donegal beauty win over the judges and public to win this year’s Rose of Tralee title.

London Rose Laura Kennedy was as short as 8/1 to become the 2019 Rose of Tralee but her odds then drifted out to 33/1. From Glenville in East Cork, Laura studied Business Information Systems at University College Cork and has since fulfilled her dream of working in London at a global investment bank.

A renewed surge of support has come for Laura with her odds now back into 14/1 from 33/1.

Dublin Rose Laura Vines has said she is planning to bring her rescue pet dog Penny on stage with her. Vines will be representing the Big Smoke at 25/1. From Shankill, Laura is a Veterinary Nurse and Zookeeper in Dublin Zoo who loves hiking and yoga.
