2.30 Norfolk Stakes

I think The Antarctic can make it three from three. He was very impressive when he won at Tipperary and although he wasn’t as impressive the last day at Naas.

The way the race was run probably didn’t suit him and Seamie Heffernan was impressed and very bullish after the race.

I think he’s the winner, but Michael O’Callaghan’s horse Crispy Cat is a bit of value.

The race will be run with a bit of pace meaning he’ll be able to sit in, get a lead, and fly home.

It hasn’t happened for him in Ireland where he had to make the running himself, but he’ll be coming home very well and for me he’d be the one at a bigger price each-way.

4.20 Gold Cup

It would be unbelievable for racing if Stardivarius could win, but he’s getting on a bit and there’s a new champion on the scene.

Kyprios was very impressive the last day at Leopardstown, but I was really taken by his win at Navan when he beat a two-time Irish St Leger winner in Search For A Song, his full sister. He’s the winner for me.
